FULL NAME AND ADDRESS OF DIRECTORS/PROPRIETORS/OWNERS
We the undersigned directors of the Applicant, in consideration of PatAsh and Civil (Group) Pty Ltd agreeing to provide the Applicant with a credit facility, hereby jointly and severally guarantee to PatAsh and Civil payment of all debts due from the applicant and agree that this guarantee shall be a continuing guarantee and shall not in any way be waived or affected by any time or other indulgence granted to the Applicant.
The Applicant hereby applies for a credit facility with PatAsh and Civil and certifies that all the information supplied in the credit application is true and correct. The signatory to this application has read and understands the Patash and Civil 'Terms and Conditions of Services and/or 'Terms and Conditions of Hire'. The applicant also authorises PatAsh and Civil to conduct a credit history check with an external credit agency. This information will be treated confidentially.
